Let's combine chicken with a summer fruit!
Perfect to serve with rice.
For 4 people
- 4 chicken thighs
- thighs and legs separated
- 3 garlic
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 dl water
- pepper and salt
- Rosemary
- 2 dl peach nectar
- 2 peaches in quarters
Instructions
Place the chicken in a big bowl. Mix the stock cube with the hot water and the garlic. Cover and marinate for 2 hrs in the fridge.
Place the marinated chicken on an oven dish. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.
Pre-heat the oven at 240 C.
Roast for 15 min in the middle of the oven, and then set the temperature at 200 C, pour the peach nectar and pace the peach quarters.
Cook it for another 30 min.
