Chicken with peach sauce

Let's combine chicken with a summer fruit!

Perfect to serve with rice.


For 4 people

- 4 chicken thighs

- thighs and legs separated

- 3 garlic

- 1 vegetable stock cube

- 1 dl water

- pepper and salt

- Rosemary

- 2 dl peach nectar

- 2 peaches in quarters


Instructions

  • Place the chicken in a big bowl. Mix the stock cube with the hot water and the garlic. Cover and marinate for 2 hrs in the fridge.

  • Place the marinated chicken on an oven dish. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.

  • Pre-heat the oven at 240 C.

  • Roast for 15 min in the middle of the oven, and then set the temperature at 200 C, pour the peach nectar and pace the peach quarters.

  • Cook it for another 30 min.
