Light Quiche Lorraine




Enjoy this light and healthy recipe. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

We love serving it with a green salad!


Ingredients

  • 1 shortcrust (or puff pastry)

  • 4 eggs

  • 450ml milk

  • 150 gr turkey ham

  • 150 gr grated cheese

  • a pinch of salt

  • pepper

  • a pich of nutmeg

Instructions


Preheat the oven at 180C.

Put the shortcrust in a pie pan.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Gently pour the preparation on the dough.

Bake at 180C, for 40-50 minutes, depending on the oven.
