1 tbsp prepared couscous (cooked in apple juice instead of water)
1 tbsp natural yogurt (or any other non-dairy yogurt)
2 tsp soft, diced peach (cooked or uncooked)
drop of pure vanilla essence
little pinch cinnamon
Combine all ingredients, chill and serve!
